It's a bit of a tricky thing to grep for a given text.
For example if I want to see all lines that match some patterns in a text file, I use:
grep -rnw ~/Desktop -e 'a' -e 'b'
This would work for you, but in case your tags are multiline (and that might also be the case), you could use:
grep -rnw ~/Desktop -e 'a.+
' -e 'b.+
'
It would match lines like:
a
b
c
a
b
Finally, in case you want to filter only the ones having a key of interest (say, the country), you can also use:
grep -rnw ~/Desktop -e 'a.+
' -e 'b.+
' -e 'country:XX'
Would match lines like:
a
b
c
country:XX

You can get all the package information from the Packages file in your sources.list. The lines look something like this:
